At the 14th China International Machine Tool Exhibition, which opened on April 20, Juxin Machine Tool showcased its latest product developed exclusively—special machine tools for train axles, shining brightly at the machine tool industry event and allowing the audience to feel the charm of metal processing. At the exhibition site, our reporter had the honor to interview Mr. Feng Wenbo, the general manager of Juxin Machine Tool, and asked him to share the new products developed exclusively by Juxin Machine Tool and the development plan for the next five years.
Juxin Machine Tool was established in 2005, focusing on the development and manufacturing of end face milling and center hole drilling machines. The birth of the No. 1 center hole machine tool originated from Juxin's actual production needs in processing shaft parts; from the initial simplest machine tools to the machines now used in automated lines, it can be said that the quality, functionality, and performance of the machine tools have greatly improved and enhanced. After 10 years of effort, Juxin Machine Tool has gained a good development space and market returns, with the technical level and market share of end face milling and center hole drilling machines leading among domestic peers.
The main product promoted at this exhibition is the JXO200 special machine tool for train axles. The machine tool adopts the principle of dual horizontal machining, capable of meeting various process requirements for shaft end faces and other end face machining with milling, drilling, boring, and tapping combined functions, and can be matched with automation equipment. Manager Feng proudly said: "This machine tool is a composite multifunctional machine tool, covering all machining operation functions of horizontal machining. Some operations that cannot be completed on horizontal machines, such as issues with excessively long or large shafts, our machine can still process." This high-precision product was favored by the market as soon as it was launched. The first machine tool was ordered by Siemens, and a cooperation agreement was signed with CRRC Group at the exhibition site.
In 2014, the machine tool industry faced significant challenges, and transformation and upgrading became a common choice for enterprises to break through difficulties. This year, the proposal of "Made in China 2015" injected a strong boost into the machine tool industry, allowing machine tool companies to accelerate their development pace. Juxin Machine Tool occupies the market with high-precision products and shifts its research direction towards more challenging six-axis machine tools. At the same time, it delves into the market frontier, precisely targeting the rapidly developing high-speed rail market to contribute to the manufacturing industry. General Manager Feng joked: "Premier Li Keqiang promotes domestically produced high-speed trains around the world, and following the Premier's footsteps is certainly the right choice."
