✅ Automatic line configuration: one machine tool for facing and centring machine at an angle of 55° JXZ70-680 & two double spindle CNC vertical lathes JXLC45CX-A & one robotic arm & one material handling bin for loading and unloading.

● Mechanical hand - Loading materials
● Inclined 55° facing and centring machine, the first process: Camshaft milling of end face, center hole drilling, hole boring, and thread tapping
● Double-spindle CNC vertical lathe [Lathes No. 1], First Station (Left Station):
The outer circle of the front part of the camshaft is machined.
● Double-spindle CNC vertical lathe [Lathes No. 1], Second Station (Right Station):
The camshaft turns around, and the vehicle faces the opposite direction.
● Dual-spindle CNC vertical lathe [No. 2 Lathe], in the same way, efficiency is doubled. It is equivalent to 5 machines sharing one machine, arranged in a T-shape, reducing the floor space by 70%.
● Mechanical hand - Cutting material
